About Me
My name is Sara, I’m 25 years old, and I live in LA. Currently, I’m working at Sport champs Group – Running champs, where I’m in charge of digital communication and communities.
In April 2014, I became passionate about running, fitness, and eating, to adopt a more active and healthy lifestyle.
Since then, I run about 3 times a week, with the goal of always running faster and further. I ran my first marathon in April 2016.
Running is a great way to reduce stress. You can relax better when you disconnect from your busy life and your creativity is stimulated by the oxygen supplement in your system. It’s a great way to find new ideas or solutions to problems. And that’s not all, running also reduces the risk of high blood pressure over time. So many benefits for your mind and body.
Running helps burn calories. And interval training burns even more, even after the end of your session, my running programme is based on interval workouts. If you choose to lose weight using my programme, you will have a workout program that combines different workouts at intervals to burn fat quickly and efficiently. It’s a great way to lose weight and keep it off.
Taking a walk regularly can help you improve the quality of your sleep, but running can really make a difference. If you are regular in your workouts, the transition between your different phases of sleep will be softer and smother. The quality of your sleep will improve and you will feel fresh and more relaxed in the early morning. However, avoid exercising within four hours of going to bed.
I started all that to get back into shape, today it has become an addiction, a vital need. My blog is YOUR health passport, YOUR blog, the answer to better health, wellness, beauty, makeover and a lot more.
in the beginning of my healthy living journey, I knew only that running made me joyful so I just kept doing it. In the last few years, I have expanded my horizons and realized that active living in general makes my life full and fantastic.
Which means now I do yoga, kick boxing, swimming, biking, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, meditation, healthy cooking and any other activity I can find! I am always ready to try new things and share them here…sweaty, goofy details and all.
I started by sharing my experience via my Instagram account @mathildedrg, then I wanted to go further with this blog, which I launched in March 2015. I talk about running and sport, but I also express myself, my desires, my victories and my failures. I hope you enjoy what I have to offer and I’m also open to any suggestion, thank you.
